Parent meeting

FFAM Families,

Good Evening! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful week thus far. :)

Next week we will be having a parents meeting, there is one scheduled each day and we request that 1 parent for each dancer attend one of the meetings. The meeting will last 20-30 minutes depending on how long the Q & A portion takes. 

This is very important to make sure that everyone is on the same page regarding tuition, fees, recital, costumes, code of conduct, attendance, tardiness, dress attire, fundraisers, etc. 

This is the schedule:

Monday (10/5)- @ 5pm

Tuesday (10/6)- @ 5pm

Wednesday (10/7)- @ 5pm

Thursday (10/8)- @ 4pm & 6:30pm

If you are unable to attend any of the above times please email me or stop by the office and talk with me please.

Dance starting...

The 2015/2016 Dance year is beginning on Monday, August 31st. Classes are filling fast, please contact us at weareffam@gmail.com if you have any questions about the availability of a particular class or any other questions.

We are all looking forward to dance starting again and seeing all our awesome dancers!

2015/2016 Dance Schedule:

The new dance schedule for the 2015/2016 dance year is up! Click on the link above "Studio Information and Schedule". Please email us at weareffam@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to receive a registration form. We are in the process of getting a Saturday Registration Day on the calendar for August. We are all excited about the upcoming dance year! There have been some changes to the schedule so take a close look. A couple classes are not on the schedule yet as the day and/or time has not been confirmed with the teacher.

2015 Dance Camp

We are excited to announce that we are going to host another summer dance camp. 

Our theme this year is Walk His Way, Whenever you turn to the right or the left, your ears will hear this command behind you: "This is the way. Walk in it" Isaiah 30:21. 

The camp will be July 13-17, 9am-12pm, for ages 4yrs, old-incoming 8th graders.

The cost is $80 for first child, $60 for each sibling. 

The 4yr olds through incoming 3rd graders will rotate through: ballet, tumble, crafts, and devotion time. The incoming 4th graders through incoming 8th graders will rotate through: jazz, lyrical, and hip hop, and devotion time. 

All campers will receive water and a snack daily as well. 

Due to only having the one morning session this year, we will be limited to a max of 36 4yrs-3rd grade children and 15 4th-8th grade children.

We prefer to have all children preregistered not only to have enough space but also so that we may order enough crafts and snacks.

Summer Dance Camp and New Schedule

We are currently working on getting together dates for a week long summer camp. Waiting to hear back from the church office regarding use of the building and confirming teachers' availability.
The 2015/2016 dance schedule should be available sometime in July.
We will keep everyone up to date as more information becomes available.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept any new students at this time. We are currently working on recital dances and all costumes have been ordered already. Please contact us weareffam@gmail if you would like to be put on our mailing list for the future when classes start up again in the fall.

Costumes and recital information...

Information and pictures of the costumes has been posted on a new page above titled "Costumes and Recital Information". It is broken down by each individual class including student names. All information for tights, shoes, and hair is also on this page. We do recommend a nude leotard for beginning and up dancers. It helps with the changing of costumes backstage. We will be placing an order for tights, shoes, and leotards on March 13th, please see Melissa or Jenni in the studio office to place an order.

Dance is starting!!!!

Dance is beginning back today, September 2nd, and we are all very excited! 

The Tuesday jazz and lyrical classes are now open to the beginning students. 

Still have space available in the new Hip-Hop class on Wednesday's 4:15-5:00.
